By using SchoolDoc Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. License Grant
SchoolDoc Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your selected pricing plan:
One-Time Perpetual License
- Unlimited use at a single school/campus
- One year of updates included
- Optional annual support contract available
Annual Subscription
- Unlimited use during subscription period
- All updates included
- Priority email support

3. Payment Terms
- One-time licenses are payable in full upon installation
- Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
- 14-day money-back guarantee on new licenses
- Invoices for schools: Net 30 terms available upon request
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day full refund for new licenses if the Service does not meet your needs. Contact support@schooldocpro.com with your license information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Share login credentials across different schools without additional licenses
- Attempt to bypass security or authentication measures
6. Data Ownership and Responsibility
You own all your data. SchoolDoc Pro does not claim ownership of any documents or information you store using the Service. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have rights to store the documents
- Maintaining backups of important data
- Complying with applicable laws (FERPA, GDPR, etc.)
- Managing user access within your school
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on:
- Google Workspace infrastructure
- Internet connectivity
- Your Google Sheets availability
We are not liable for downtime caused by these dependencies.
8. Support
Support is provided via email at support@schooldocpro.com. Response times:
- Basic support: 24-48 hours
- Priority (subscription): 12-24 hours
- Emergency: As soon as possible
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolDoc Pro shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or abusive use
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
